History of the company goes back to year 1991 , when Mr Aleksander, Slawomir and Dariusz Bakowski founded a commercial enterprise under the name Wandalex S.C.

In year 1995 a fast developing company, has transformed into a Joint-Stock Company Wandalex S.A. with the basic capital 100.000 PLN.

Since year 2000 Wandalex S.A. is a public company quoted on Warsaw Stock Exchange.

The company is enlisted into entrepreneurs’ register in District Court for the capital city of Warsaw, XX Econ.Sect.
KRS 0000118662. It’s basic capital amounts 9.334.858 PLN and divides into stocks
of 1 PLN value.
The company has at it’s disposal own capital of over 22.000.000 PLN.


The activity subject of the Wandalex S.A. is:

* preparing audits of warehouse, transport and logistics needs
* designing: warehouse rooms, logistic solutions, systems of storing and truck and carrier transport
* delivering and assembling warehouse stands
* delivering and assembling carriers
* distribution, service and renting fork-lift and warehouse trucks of marks like Yale, Daewoo, Combilift, VKP, Ferrari
* realizing warehuse and transport projects completely.


Experience and refereces:

* we have performed over 2000 instalations of warehouse stands, in consequence of which 1.640 000 palette spots were formed
* fork-lift trucks delivered by the Wandalex work on the needs of 1300 enterprises
* we systematically service over 4000 trucks
* 40 000 meters of carrier systems, constructed in Aporter Ltd. (formerly ZUT) work among others in paper enterprises, sugar business, electronic industry
